Finding the right candidates couldn't be easier: you can search for suitable candidates yourself in our profile database and contact them directly. Or you can upload an advertisement and receive applications.

Our professional clients are typically SMEs, start-ups, associations and other smaller organizations looking for flexible, short-term support from (life-long) experienced professionals - usually on a part-time, hourly or project basis. 

We also provide private individuals with competent support for household tasks, childcare as babysitters or nannies for the care of senior citizens. 

seniors@work is suitable for anyone who can do without the lengthy, traditional application process, as candidates can be contacted directly and informally. 

Our retired childcare professionals offer everything from hourly babysitting to extensive and permanent nanny roles. Our candidates care for babies, toddlers and school children, often including homework supervision, household help and care for children with special needs. 

On our platform you will find substitute grannies, babysitters and nannies for private households as well as experienced childcare workers or supporters for daycare centers and kindergartens. 

All clients can search the profile database free of charge. Placing advertisements and writing to candidates (initial contact) is also free of charge for you. You only pay a fee when you receive responses & applications. You can choose one of three packages with different durations and additional features.

If you wish, seniors@work can take care of the payrolling for you! Reduce the costs and effort involved in employing retired candidates. BVG contributions are completely eliminated.

You do not have to pay any contributions for smaller jobs. However, if you hire a senior citizen for a longer period of time or on a recurring basis, you may have to pay social security contributions.
