As the former CEO of Switzerland's largest real estate portal homegate.ch, Heinz M. Schwyter is an expert in digitalization processes, PropTechs and start-ups in general. 
Today, he advises companies and organizations from the real estate and healthcare sectors (Spitex) on their path to the digital future. He also supports PropTechs in their development and writes the blog proptechnews.ch. 
He also runs the platform spitex-drehscheibe.ch with friends and a school in India with almost 200 pupils. 
He has trained as a Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator and is also a member of the local council in Turbenthal, where he lives.

Ferdinand Hirsig

Ferdinand Hirsig took on various specialist and management roles in retail companies in Switzerland and abroad at an early stage. Throughout Switzerland, his name is closely associated with the Volg Group, of which he was Managing Director for almost 20 years. 
For many years, he was also a member of Fenaco's senior management team, where he developed the Group's most important retailers - Volg, Landi and TopShop - into major players in Switzerland. 
Today, Ferdinand Hirsig holds numerous board memberships in the food and retail sectors, as well as in the social sector (Caritas markets, "Intakt" association).

Guy Lachappelle was responsible for sales, risk and logistics as a member of the Executive Board of various banks before heading the Basler Kantonalbank as CEO for five years. He also served on the boards of directors and foundations and as a board member of organizations in the financial, medtech, real estate and healthcare sectors. 
Together with his wife, he has been running two retirement homes in Germany as an entrepreneur for many years and is involved in start-ups and various projects for the training and further education of managers and board members. Another matter close to his heart is the presidency of a professional symphony orchestra in Basel.

Peter Waser was Head of Switzerland and Head of Europe at Microsoft for many years. Under his leadership, the US company became the market leader in this country. He then took on the role of CEO at Starmind, a Zurich-based AI-based start-up, where he is still active today as a non-executive board member. 
He is also active as an advisor or board member for various organizations, such as the Aero Club Zurich, a school in India and the Bern University of Applied Sciences, where he is also a guest lecturer.
Before joining Microsoft, he spent around 20 years as a manager at companies such as IBM and Swisscom.

As founder of the Peter Wyss is still active at PWP Unternehmensberatung and has been supporting and coaching start-ups and founders in this role since 1985. 

Equally important were his duties as CEO / Managing Director at Venture Capital Finance AG, which specializes in financing, company valuation and direct investments for start-ups and SMEs.

Peter Wyss was also a team member at the Start Up Promotion Agency CTI.
