seniors@work is a platform where clients can get in touch with motivated and experienced seniors. If a placement is made, the client and senior agree on further conditions. Payment, guarantees and insurance are the responsibility of the parties.

According to Art. 320 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), an ordinary employment contract does not require any special form. It is therefore sufficient for the parties to agree verbally on the content of a specific employment contract. In practice, however, it is advisable to agree the details in writing in order to avoid ambiguities and misunderstandings.
